Service & Support offered by Perfect Telesystems:
This contract is purely a non-comprehensive support only. This contract covers only service visits, breakdown calls and regular maintenance visits. Repair and replacements will be done only after the approval of our estimation from the consigned authority. In case if the customer is willing to arrange spares we will support and do the installation & minor job work.
This contract is comprehensive contract for the hardware. This contract covers break down calls and regular visits. All replacements done on the EPABX Systems and CCTV / Security products as per the warranty terms, except for failure / burnt due to lighting on Trunk & Extension Lines, Power problem in the site and consumables.
This service is available for the customers those who are not in contract, the service will be charged for calls attended and recurring calls.
We are well experienced in designing and implementing the structured wiring. It covers guidance about the correct requirement of Telephone, CCTV, Inverter, UPS, LAN, Security System, and Fire Alarm Systems. We also do maintenance of the above solutions.
We are maintaining the records on computer in advance software for Help desk. Call to be logged by the customer with product/problem details.
Quotation for repairs/replacement will be sent via FAX or Email. After FAX or Email approval, repair/replacement will be carried out.
In case components have to be taken out for repair/replacement, transportation charges will be borne by the customer. All material will be taken out for repair/ replacement only with prior approval from the customer by in writing or FAX or Email.
