Tips to Log the complaints:
- Mention your Name, Company Name, Location and Phone Numbers.
- Describe your complaint in detail; i.e. Product you are using, problem in extension, CCTV, wiring error or need the new programming. (It help us lot to attend your complaint faster)
- Provide your warranty details, Invoice Number, Date of Purchase & your Customer ID.
- Don’t forget to ask your complaint number & charges for service (if system in out of warranty / contracts) from Customer Care Executive.
- To submit complaint use on above mention land lines numbers or send us an email. Logging complaints on Mobile Numbers are not attended.
